Aditi’s practice encompasses a wide array of specialized services, including IP due diligence and audits, open-source advisory, and structuring IP transactions, acquisitions, and licenses. She is adept at conducting risk analyses and regularly advises on commercialization strategies such as licensing and franchise arrangements, technology and software licensing, vendor and consulting agreements, joint ventures, work-for-hire agreements, development collaborations, endorsement agreements, content licensing, and production arrangements. She has also assisted clients with domain acquisition strategies and has successfully represented them in domain disputes before the WIPO and the .IN Registry (NIXI).

In the domain of data privacy, Aditi advises on issues related to personal and sensitive data, data breaches, intermediary liabilities, takedown actions under IT laws, as well as cross-border data privacy regulations, including under the new DPDP Act in India.

In her last role as a co-owner and part of core management committee of Ediplis, Aditi made significant contributions to the international practice development and branding of that firm for four and a half (4.5) years. Prior to that, Aditi led and expanded the IP practice at IndusLaw for over seven (7) years. Throughout her career spanning almost two (2) decades, she has also been associated with other corporate and IP law firms in India.

She has served as a guest faculty member at premier law schools in the country and has contributed extensively to national and international legal publications.
