At Aishani Partners, we offer internship opportunities for law students who are serious about learning, writing clearly, and understanding how legal work is handled in a professional law firm environment.
Our work covers business law, intellectual property, technology, media, data & privicy, contracts, and strategic commercial advisory. Interns may get exposure to legal research, drafting support, case-law analysis, IP-related work, article writing, and internal knowledge development, depending on the team’s requirements and the intern’s ability.
We look for students who are sincere, attentive to detail, responsive, and willing to learn through real work.
Eligibility
We currently accept internship applications from:
- 4th and 5th year students in five-year law courses, and
- 3rd year students in three-year LL.B. courses.
Applications from students in earlier years are not considered at this stage.
Internship options
We accept internship applications from law students who can contribute meaningfully to research, drafting, and professional work during their internship.

Commercial Law Internship
Assist with research and drafting support for contracts, commercial arrangements, technology-related matters including data & privacy, media-linked work, business advisory, and legal updates. The role may also include case-law research, litigation research and support, document review, clause comparison, formatting, preparing summaries, compiling references, tracking tasks, and other routine assistance required by the team.
IP Law Internship
Assist with trade marks, copyrights, designs, and related IP work. The role may include legal research, drafting, prosecution support, ip dispute related research, official record review, data compilation, portfolio updates, document formatting, matter tracking, deadline support, and other routine assistance required by the team.
Internship allocation and work exposure may depend on the firm’s ongoing matters, team requirements, and the intern’s demonstrated ability during the internship.
