As a member of Firm’s core leadership, he oversees strategic planning, practice governance, and capability building. He mentors practice heads, sets performance metrics, and drives tech-enabled process improvements that raise quality and reduce cycle times. In recent years, Vikram has transitioned from hands-on delivery to a predominantly advisory role. He remains closely involved in scoping, strategy, and critical reviews, as well as oversees drafting, prosecution, and filings being executed by Firm’s IP delivery teams. He designs the playbooks those teams use—matter management standards, checklists, and QA gates—and steps in for complex escalations, risk calls, and high-impact decisions.
